F.A.Q.

Do you have to have an appointment?

Unless there has been a reschedule that leaves our schedule open, most of our artists work by appointment only. Larger tattoos will definitely require an appointment, but you can call the parlor to see how the day looks for walk-ins if you’re wanting something smaller.

What are your hours?

We are open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am to 6pm.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, and credit.

Where are you located?

We are located in Springfield, Missouri at 1668 E Sunshine St, Springfield, MO 65804.

How old do I have to be to get tattooed?

In the state of Missouri, you must be 18 years old to get a tattoo.

How much do you charge?

Each artist has a different hourly/daily rate. Be sure to ask the artist you’re interested in working with for their rates.

How do I schedule an appointment?

The fastest way to schedule your appointment is to reach out via the specific artist’s business facebook. Please to not reach out to our personal pages. We do not respond to those messages. If you inquire by email, an auto response will provide a list of the artists’ facebook contact information.

Why a deposit?

A lot goes into preparing a tattoo no matter the size. Each artist commits time to the process. Sometimes several hours just drawing. To ensure the client is as committed to their tattoo as we are, we require a non-refundable deposit between $100-$200 depending on the artist and tattoo. The deposit is applied to the total cost of the tattoo. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If you are unable make your appointment, we can get it rescheduled and your deposit will carry over to the new appointment.

What if I don’t make my appointment?

If you do not provide us with at least a 48 hour notice or simply do not show up, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to book again. Clients typically do not need to reschedule a second or third time. If you miss the first rescheduled appointment, you’ll be required to pay an additional deposit. Even with notice, it’s difficult for us to fill an otherwise easily filled slot with only a few days notice. Because it is costly to us, we will only allow one reschedule per deposit. No matter the reason, again, your deposit will always be non-refundable, so please make sure you’re able to fulfill your commitment before booking so you do not risk losing your deposit.
